Establishment of the Nippon Yakin Kogyo Group Action Guidelines

In 2025, our company celebrated its 100th anniversary. As we enter our second century of business, we have revised

our existing “Action Guidelines and Code of Conduct” and newly established the “Nippon Yakin Kogyo Group Action

Guidelines and Code of Conduct” on January 8, 2026, in order to further strengthen collaboration across our Group

companies and position ourselves for the future.

These guidelines and codes provide clear standards for decision-making and behaviour for all executives and employees.

These are designed to ensure that our Group continues to adapt to changes in the business environment and achieve

sustainable growth as a resilient corporate group.

By upholding these principles and acting with integrity, we aim to enhance the value of our Group, earn the continued

trust of our stakeholders, and contribute to a sustainable society through the value we create.
