On March 26, 2012, we announced plans to establish a new company in Europe. Since then, we worked hard in preparation for the opening, and as of July 1, our new company is now in operation.

Named Nippon Yakin Europe Limited, the new corporation will provide a strong local base in Europe, which along with China and North America is an important market for our high-function materials. This move is a specific measure of our “system organization for expanding high-function material sales” in our long-term global market strategy formulated in our mid-term management plan “Reform 2011” that was finalized in May 2011.

Work that was previously handled by our employees stationed in our London office will now be handled by the new corporation.
